Still hanging in after all these years!!

Hi all!  Well, well, I haven’t stitched for a couple of years so I’m now putting some of my great stash and other goodies on ebay under lovetocook50, and on etsy under FraserShop.   I’m just getting started so check it out sooner or later.   Fabrics, kits, charts, supplies!,!   I hope you find something you’d like!  And most of all I wish to say I sure miss stitching but when I see it out there in the world, I smile!  Be well all!

My embroidery

Hello!
I would not want such a wonderful blog to die!
I have embroidered many designs from the Ðœargaret Sherry, and now I work on pictures for my kitchen. Five embroideries are ready, and now I'm starting "Sugar and Spice ..."

Have a nice day, everyone!

Here's my 2 done...

Wow, the camera has been acting up lately but these colours are way off! lol  Anyway, here's the little mouse I stitched but not finished up yet.  Not sure what I shall do with it as I already have the 3 mice designs stitched and as a hanging.   This Party Animal is the 3rd one I've done from the calendar,2008-2009. I think the next one is the dog on a chair.  Anyway, I'm still stitching along and always  love to get back to stitching the calendar ones.  I also have the Christmas Cat with tree, which I purchased a few years ago when Margaret Sherry was available as pdf online for a while.(I purchased at least 6-7 at that time.  It was nice to have them available so easily.)    I have it in my to-do pile so I hope I get to it soon.  Happy Stitching everyone! :)

Hello... long time no visit!

Wow.... it is so long since I have come over to this blog to say hello...  Looking at the blog feed I can see it was December 2015 when I last posted!  So to make up for it how about a finally finished Margaret Sherry piece!

I stitched these little mices over a couple of months and had originally planned to keep them as one piece for a bell pull... but then I changed my mind!  I finished them off as a hanger for a Christmas in July swap last month.

I must admit that these three little guys are my first MS stitching finishes for quite some time... I do have some WIPs sitting around that I must get back to one day!

Hope everyone is doing well!
Til next time...hugs xx

This little cutie was hiding in my WIPs but I found it yesterday and completed it today.  I did exchange dmc for most of the anchor colours as I only have a few anchor threads,  mostly for tatty teddys.  Happy stitching everyone! :)

Well, I couldn't wait to show you.  I started this a year or two ago, and as I'm working on started items, I stitched a few remaining stitches and then the backstitching so here she is!  Margaret Sherry, 2008-2009 calendar, this one is October 2008.  Happy Stitching all! :)

Send a Smile from Russia

Merry Christmas everyone!!

I had a lovely early Christmas present.... after months of thinking that the package Lena-Lentochka sent from Russia had been lost in the mail I finally received the package!

It took over 4 1/2 months to travel from Lena in Russia to myself in Australia... one very slow boat indeed!

Thank you Lena for the smile.... I am so pleased that it finally arrived safe and sound as when I was checking with the Post Office they had no record of it arriving in the country....

I hope everyone had a lovely Christmas... all the best for 2016

Hugs xx
